SBK Art Rental & Gallery

The SBK Kunstuitleen Amsterdam, founded in 1955, is the first established Art Lending Foundation in the Netherlands where one can rent and acquire contemporary art. It has a large collection - more than 55.000 pieces - of contemporary, expressive art predominantly made by artists who live and work in the Netherlands. The collection comprises many different techniques such as paintings, all sorts of graphic art, sculptures, drawings, photographs etc. At the moment the SBK Kunstuitleen Amsterdam has 11 branches in Amsterdam, Breda, Den Helder, Dordrecht, Helmond, Oosterhout, Tilburg, Veendam and, on the internet, the Virtual Gallery.
