Good Pitch Europe 2018 en Impact Lab voor documentairemakers

Het MEDIA-gesteunde Good Pitch Europe is een ontmoetingsplek voor documentairemakers, NGO's, filantropen en beleidsmakers die sociale kwesties of milieukwesties aan de kaak willen stellen. Ieder jaar worden verschillende evenementen georganiseerd op verschillende locaties. Voor ieder evenement worden 6 tot 8 teams geselecteerd die een jaar lang online worden begeleid door een mentor en deelnemen aan twee workshops. Tenslotte stellen zij hun project en campagne voor tijdens een pitchsessie die gevolgd wordt door een uitgebreide feedbacksessie.

Good Pitch 2018 vindt plaats in oktober in Amsterdam.

De projecten die ingezonden worden mogen in ieder stadium van ontwikkeling zijn, maar moeten minimaal 60 minuten lang zijn.

Succesvolle kandidaten zullen vóór 9 maart worden geïnformeerd en kunnen dan deelnemen aan het Impact Lab in Nederland van 23 t/m 26 april 2018.

Een onderdeel van Good Pitch is dus het Impact Lab. Wanneer een filmmaker de intentie heeft om een positieve sociale of milieu impact te creëren met het project, dan is een speciale impact producer nodig. Doc Society helpt helpt hiermee door het aanbieden van een training op dit gebied. het Impact Lab vindt plaats in Nederland van 23 t/m 26 april 2018.
